答：水化物形成条件：
（1）气体处于水气过饱和状态或有液态水存在。
（2）有足够高的压力或足够低的温度。
（3）其次还要有辅助条件：（a）压力波动；（b）流向突变产生搅动；（c）有晶体存在。
防止水化物形成的办法：
（1）长输管线上安装分水器，排除冷凝水。
（2）在矿物集气管上用加热的方法预防水化物的形成。
（3）在无其他条件时遇到形成水化物时，可以暂时将气放空，降低输气压力或降低下游压力，让已形成的水化物分解。
（4）往输气管中喷注化学反应剂吸收气体中的水分，降低天然气的露点，防止水化物形成，或使水化物分解。
（5）气体进入输气干线之前进行脱水。
