答:国际结算的主要方式和工具有:(1)汇兑,是银行根据付款人的要求通过海外联行或代理行将款项汇给收款人。主要的工具是电汇、信汇和票汇。(2)托收,是债权人所在地银行受债权人委托,通过联行或代理行,向国外债务人收取有关款项的方式,可分为跟单托收和光票托收两种。(3)信用证,开证银行根据申请人的要求和指示向出口商开出的一定金额、在一定期限内凭信用证规定单据进行付款的书面承诺。(4)旅行支票,由银行或大旅行社为了方便旅客支付沿路费用而发行的定额票据。(5)信用卡,由银行发行,供客户办理存取款和转账支付的新型金融
